Giants' Cullen Gillaspia: Joining Giants

Gillaspia (back) signed with the Giants on Tuesday, Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record reports.

Gillaspia was cut with a failed physical designation last week. He has a clean bill of health now, and he'll look to secure a job with the Giants through the offseason program and training camp. Elijhaa Penny (illness) likely is the favorite to land the Giants' fullback job, though Gillaspia could carve out a role on special teams.
