The Chiefs waived Ross from their reserve/retired list Monday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Ross now wants to return to the NFL after temporarily retiring back in July. He hasn't suited up for a regular-season game since 2021, but his elite speed could get him a second look.
