Horn (toe) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Horn was able to play through his toe issue in Sunday's loss at Jacksonville, so any limitations at this point could just be maintenance-related. Either way, he'll likely have to upgrade to full participation at practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
