Patriots' Vincent Valentine: Sits out Monday's practice

Valentine (knee) did not practice Monday.

Based on the fact that he was held out of practice, there's a chance Valentine won't be able to give it a go Thursday. The interior defensive lineman isn't expected to put up high-volume fantasy numbers, but he could be a piece of the New England defensive puzzle over the course of this season.
