Johnson (undisclosed) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
The 24-year-old was placed on the COVID list earlier in the week as a high-risk close contact, but he's back on the roster in time for Week 11. Johnson should fill a rotational role in the secondary for the Raiders.
