Lewis (shoulder) was a full participant at Wednesday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
It was a quick turnaround for Lewis after he was held out of last week's win over the Chargers. It's unclear whether Lewis will re-assume his starting spot at left guard or if Jermaine Eluemunor will continue his work at the position.
