Lewis (undisclosed) was designated to return from the non-football injury list Wednesday.
It's still unclear what kept Lewis away from the team for the past three weeks, but he's eligible to return to practice and could play in Sunday's game against the Patriots. If he's activated, Lewis likely will start at left guard in the season finale.
