Alex Lewis: Cut by Jets

The Jets waived Lewis from the reserve/left squad list Friday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Lewis sustained a head injury in training camp last year and announced his retirement two weeks later. He remained on the reserve/left squad list in 2021 but will now be let go.
