Watkins (thigh) isn't participating in Wednesday's practice, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Watkins has yet to resume practicing since suffering his thigh injury Oct. 11 against the Colts, and unless he's able to get some work in Thursday and/or Friday, he could be trending toward a second straight missed game. If Watkins isn't able to face the Bengals on Sunday, Marquise Brown, Rashod Bateman and Devin Duvernay would once again operate as Baltimore's top three wideouts.
