Saints' Delvin Breaux: Placed on IR-R list

Breaux (leg) was officially placed on the Saints' injured reserve-return list Monday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Breaux's injury timeline made him a strong candidate to be placed on this list. He suffered a fractured tibia and is still expected to be sidelined at least another month. The 27-year-old will be eligible to return for the Saints' Week 10 matchup against the Bills.
