The 2020-21 NBA season rolls on Sunday with an NBA DFS schedule that features some of the best talent the league has to offer. Among the potential NBA DFS picks to consider is Milwaukee's Giannis Antetokounmpo, who leads the Bucks against an Oklahoma City Thunder team that will be without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Defending NBA Finals MVP LeBron James is also in action, leading the Los Angeles Lakers against Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets at 10 p.m. ET.

With big money on the line in NBA DFS tournaments, cash games and 50-50s on FanDuel and DraftKings, it pays for NBA daily Fantasy players to get their lineup combinations perfect. That means finding superstars with great matchups at a premium price and balancing them with more affordable role players in line for big minutes. Before locking in any daily Fantasy basketball picks for Sunday's action, be sure to see the NBA DFS advice, player rankings and top daily Fantasy basketball lineups from SportsLine's Mike McClure.

McClure is a DFS professional with nearly $2 million in career winnings. He's also a predictive data engineer at SportsLine who uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every minute of every game 10,000 times, taking factors like matchups, statistical trends and injuries into account.

This allows him to find the best NBA DFS values and create optimal lineups that he shares only over at SportsLine. They're a must-see for any NBA DFS player.

Now, McClure has turned his attention to the Sunday, Feb. 14 NBA DFS slate and locked in his top daily Fantasy basketball picks. You can only see them by heading to SportsLine.

Top NBA DFS picks for Sunday, Feb. 14

One of McClure's top NBA DFS picks for his Sunday NBA daily Fantasy lineups is Mavericks guard Luka Doncic at $11,100 on DraftKings and $11,300 on FanDuel. Doncic is fifth in the NBA in scoring, averaging 28.5 points per game, and he's also adding 8.7 rebounds and 9.4 assists per game this season. That includes a 46-point, eight-rebound, 12-assist outburst on Friday against the Pelicans.

Doncic came tantalizingly close to his eighth triple-double of the season -- and the 33rd of his career -- by dominating New Orleans. Doncic has scored at least 25 points in 13 straight contests while topping the 40-point plateau in two of his last four appearances. Doncic has another opportunity to be among the top NBA DFS picks on Sunday when he faces the Trail Blazers, a team that ranks 26th defending his position.

Part of McClure's optimal NBA DFS strategy includes rostering Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. ($5,900 on DraftKings, $5,800 on FanDuel). Porter went off for 19 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks on Wednesday against Cleveland. For the season, Porter is scoring 14.9 points and grabbing 6.2 rebounds per game.

Porter backed up Wednesday's effort with a 15-point, four-rebound outing on Friday against the Thunder. Porter has now scored 23 or more points on DraftKings in each of his last four outings, and he is ready to pounce on Sunday against the red-hot Lakers. And with Will Barton (personal) out against Los Angeles, McClure sees the matchup as a huge one for Porter and recommends him in all NBA DFS formats.
