The Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts are the top two teams in the AFC South heading into Sunday's showdown. The Titans have reeled off three straight victories after suffering a surprising setback against the New York Jets earlier this season. Indianapolis, meanwhile, started the season 0-3 but has since won three of its last four games.

Kickoff from Lucas Oil Stadium is set for 1 p.m. ET. Caesars Sportsbook lists Indianapolis as a three-point favorite in the latest Titans vs. Colts odds, while the over-under for total points is 51. In select markets, Sunday's matchup can be seen live on CBS and streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

Week 8 NFL picks for Colts vs. Titans

Before you tune in to Sunday's Colts vs. Titans game, you need to see the NFL picks from SportsLine's advanced computer model. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,700 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. It went a sizzling 24-14 on top-rated NFL picks last season, returning more than $800. The model also enters Week 8 of the 2021 season on an incredible 126-85 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Titans vs. Colts, the model is backing the under (51) to hit with room to spare. These two rivals met back in Week 3, with Tennessee securing a 25-16 win. Running back Derrick Henry had a big day in that victory, rushing 28 times for 113 yards. Henry enters Sunday's showdown with 869 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns, both of which lead the NFL.

Henry ran for 86 yards and threw a touchdown pass in last week's victory over the Chiefs, but it was Tennessee's defense that sent shockwaves through the league. The Titans held the high-flying Chiefs to just three points, and they've given up 19 points or less in three of their last five games.

Indianapolis' defense has also fared well in recent weeks, holding opponents to 18 points or less three times in its last four contests. Plus, the model has taken into account that the total has gone under in each of Indianapolis' last five games against an opponent from the AFC South. SportsLine's model is projecting these two teams combine for 48 points on Sunday, resulting in the total staying under the total in well over 50 percent of simulations.
