Peter Pezaris Promoted to President, Product Development for SportsLine.com, Inc.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (June 20, 2001) -- SportsLine.com, Inc., (NASDAQ: SPLN), the leading global Internet sports media company and publisher of CBS SportsLine.com (cbs.sportsline.com), today announced that Peter Pezaris has been promoted to president, product development. Mr. Pezaris joined SportsLine in December 1999 when SportsLine.com acquired Daedalus World Wide Corporation (DWWC), the producer of Commissioner.com fantasy products. Mr. Pezaris co-founded DWWC in 1995.
He most recently served as senior vice president, product development. In his new role, Mr. Pezaris will be responsible for all of SportsLine.com's programming and production efforts, in addition to fantasy products. Prior to founding DWWC, Mr. Pezaris was a systems and software developer for the investment banking firms of Bankers Trust and Salomon Brothers.
SportsLine.com's Commissioner.com fantasy games were selected by both the NFL and Major League Baseball to be the exclusive fantasy games for their official Web sites. In addition, the NBA chose Commissioner.com to produce an official fantasy game for NBA.com.
Fantasy is becoming increasingly important to SportsLine.com's business, and during the Company's heaviest traffic days throughout the football season, fantasy is often responsible for well over half of the traffic to its Web sites. It also is a significant contributor to building SportsLine.com's database of users.
