Kolarek signed a minor-league deal with Atlanta on Thursday.
Kolarek has had brief stints with both the Dodgers and Mets this season, though he's pitched only six innings in the big leagues. He'll likely begin his tenure with Atlanta at Triple-A Gwinnett, though he could contribute out of the major-league bullpen at some point prior to the close of the regular season.
