Garcia (back) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cubs.
Garcia hasn't played since Tuesday, so his not being on the injured list suggests the Brewers expect him back shortly. The outfielder hit .259 in eight games at the start of September before back spasms sidelined him. Jace Peterson is starting in right field and batting sixth Sunday.
