Guardians' Anthony Gose: Lands on injured list

Gose was placed on the 15-day injured list Sunday with a strained left triceps.

The converted outfielder has been unable to build on the success he enjoyed out of the bullpen last season, and now he will be sidelined at least through the All-Star break with this injury. Walks and homers have both been a problem. While Gose has vultured three wins, he doesn't have a single hold on the campaign, and that speaks to manager Terry Francona's lack of trust in the lefty.
