Kendrick is out of Tuesday's lineup against the Marlins, Mark Zuckerman of MASN Sports reports.
Kendrick has been getting fairly regular playing time in left field since joining the Nationals, but he will sit with righty Odrisamer Despaigne on the hill for Miami. Alejandro De Aza will start in left field and hit second.
