Cederlin was recalled by the Pirates on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old righty is set to make his big-league debut. He posted a 2.28 ERA in 59.1 innings of relief across the three highest levels of the minors last year, though that came with an unimpressive combination of a 21.9 percent strikeout rate and a 9.6 percent walk rate, and just three of those innings came at the Triple-A level. Jason Martin was optioned in a corresponding move.
