Meadows went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 8-1 loss to the Blue Jays.

He spoiled Toronto's shutout bid by taking Trevor Richards deep in the ninth inning, but it was the only highlight on the night for Tampa as the team managed only two hits in total. Meadows has only started seven of 12 games in September while batting .200 (6-for-30), but he has launched three of his 25 homers on the year during that stretch, and he sits one RBI away from reaching the century mark for the first time in his career.
