Cameron went to Florida to have his sore right arm examined Monday, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.
Cameron had been playing in the Puerto Rican Winter League but had only appeared in two games (going hitless in both) before the arm troubles popped up. Whether or not the issue will affect him heading into the 2021 season remains to be seen.
