Spurs' Manu Ginobili: Suffers chest injury

Ginobili left Saturday's game against the Lakers after he suffered a chest injury, Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

Ginobili has since returned to the bench, but the Spurs have no update on his status, per Orsborn.
