Ross (shoulder) will miss the entirety of the Bengals' OTAs, Jim Owczarski of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Ross is in attendance for rookie minicamp this weekend, but he'll return to Washington in order to complete his course work in anticipation of graduation in June. His next opportunity to make an appearance during the offseason program arrives in the form of mandatory minicamp, which kicks off June 13. Having said that, he isn't expected to achieve full health until training camp due to March surgery to repair his labrum, so the burner won't get a chance to build up his rapport with quarterback Andy Dalton for a few more months.
