Conklin is officially in the league's concussion protocol, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Conklin had to leave practice Monday to be checked for a concussion, and it seems as if he's been diagnosed with one. Consider the veteran right tackle week-to-week, though he should gain clearance in time for the Week 1 opener.
