McCoy suffered a chest injury in the third quarter of Sunday's game versus the Panthers.
McCoy got banged up on a sack and had to yield the offense to fellow reserve Chris Streveler with Kyler Murray (ankle) missing his second consecutive contest. Prior to his exit, McCoy completed 11 of 20 passes for 107 yards and one interception and had one carry for minus-1 yard.
