Cowboys' Michael Gallup: Won't be back Week 5

Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said Monday that he doesn't expect Gallup (calf) to practice this week, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

The report essentially confirms that Gallup won't be returning from injured reserve when first eligible for Sunday's game against the Giants, after the wideout missed each of the last three weeks with the strained left calf. With Gallup set to sit out another contest, Cedrick Wilson should maintain a spot in three-receiver sets alongside Amari Cooper (hamstring/ribs) and CeeDee Lamb.
