The Colts waived Collins on Tuesday.
Collins was elevated to the 53-man roster Saturday but was quickly subjected to waivers since the Colts signed Geneo Grissom to shore up the defensive line. If Collins clears waivers, he'll likely return to the Colts' practice squad.
