Raiders' Keisean Nixon: Out against Buccaneers

Nixon (hip) won't play in Sunday's game versus the Buccaneers.

Nixon primarily plays on special teams, so his absence won't shake up the defensive dynamic much. He'll aim to return Week 8 against the Browns.
