Kirkwood was activated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Nick Underhill of The New Orleans Advocate reports.
Kirkwood originally signed with New Orleans in April. This news comes on the heels of the injury Dez Bryant (Achilles) sustained at practice Friday, but it seems that this move was meant to happen before then.
