Saints' Marshon Lattimore: Inactive Week 2

Lattimore (hand) will not play in Sunday's game against the Panthers, Mike Triplett of ESPN reports.

Lattimore chipped a bone in his thumb last week against the Packers before undergoing surgery Tuesday. While the cornerback was able to get back onto the practice field before week's end, Lattimore ultimately won't be available to play in Sunday's game. His next chance will come in Week 3 against the Patriots.
