Texans' C.J. Fiedorowicz: Sustains possible concussion

Fiedorowicz has exited Sunday's game against the Titans to be evaluated for a concussion.

Fiedorowicz has already sustained two concussions this season -- one of which resulted in an injured reserve stint -- so this development is particularly concerning. Stephen Anderson is the only other available tight end on the Texans' roster.
