Evans (coach's decision) is inactive for Saturday's divisional-round matchup against the Bengals, Mike Moraitis of USA Today reports.
Evans saw double-digit snaps on defense in each of his first 11 appearances of the season but was on the field for just two defensive snaps during the Titans' regular-season finale against Houston. He won't suit up in the divisional round, so Nick Dzubnar will likely serve as the primary backup to Zach Cunningham.
