Shareholders Approve Corporate Name Change to, Inc.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (November 19, 1999) - At a special meeting of shareholders, SportsLine USA, Inc. today announced that stockholders approved a proposal to change the Company's name to, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPLN). The Company's Board of Directors had recommended the name change to better reflect SportsLine's success as the global leader in sports content, commerce and community on the Internet.
