Jason Kint Named Senior Vice President and General Manager, CBS SportsLine

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, April 19, 2007 - CBS SportsLine, a leading Internet sports media organization and part of CBS Interactive, today announced that Jason Kint has been named to the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager. The appointment was announced by Steve Snyder, Chief Operating Officer of CBS Interactive.

In this role, Kint, who most recently served as Vice President Sporting News, General Manager Online Division, will oversee programming, product development, marketing, technology and general administration of CBS SportsLine. He will report directly to Snyder.

"CBS SportsLine has a long track record of successful business innovation in the interactive sports media market and our intention was to find a general manager who could help accelerate our already brisk pace," said Snyder. "Jason brings over a decade of relevant experience to the job and has both the skills and the mindset to drive continuous innovation and growth. Kint worked with the Sporting News in various capacities for over eleven years and was instrumental in launching their original online business. He guided SportingNews.com through many changes including major distribution deals, premium content, emerging platforms, social networking and the re-launch of Sporting News fantasy sports business.

Prior to Sporting News, Kint spent two years as Executive Producer of Times Mirror Magazines web properties for its 15+ magazines including GOLFonline, SkiNet, PopSci.com, and Speedvision.com. He was instrumental in the acquisition and led the integration of Interzine Productions by Times Mirror Magazines.

From 1994 through 1996, Kint helped found an early web development company, LiveWire Marketing, which developed dozens of commercial and educational sites. His first website was one of the original sports sites listed in 1994 on what is now Yahoo!.

Kint holds a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis with majors in Mathematics and Marketing.
