WR Amari Cooper, Alabama, (ankle)

The standout freshman was an active participant during the open portion of Wednesday's practice, but his right ankle was heavily taped, according to Al.com. Cooper (32 catches, 472 yards, 5 TDs) likely won't be 100 percent for the game vs. the Tigers.

QB James Franklin, Missouri, (knee)

Next game: at No. 7 Florida, Saturday, noon ET (ESPN2)

Franklin, who has missed two games and played sparingly in two others, is healthy enough to start at The Swamp after coming off the bench in last week's 33-10 win over Kentucky. Franklin sprained his MCL in the Oct. 6 loss to Vanderbilt

TE Chris Gragg, Arkansas, (knee)

Next game: vs. Tulsa, Saturday, 12:21 p.m. ET (SEC Network)

RB Rajion Neal, Tennessee, (ankle)

Next game: vs. Troy, Saturday, noon ET (FSN)

Tennessee's leading rusher (500 yards, five touchdowns) has missed the past two games with a bad ankle. Coach Derek Dooley listed him as "day-to-day" this week and said he could've played last week at South Carolina in an emergency situation. He'll officially be questionable, but it sounds like he might return in some capacity this week. Sophomore Marlin Lane has carried the load with Neal out.

RB Zac Stacy, Vanderbilt, (ankle)

Next game: at Kentucky, Saturday, noon ET (ESPNU)

Stacy, who is Vanderbilt's all-time leading rusher, left last week's win over UMass with an ankle injury. Coach James Franklin indicated that it's not a serious injury and that he expects him to be fine this week at Kentucky. Backup RB Wesley Tate had 15 carries for 81 yards with Stacy sitting out much of last week.

C David Andrews, Georgia (knee)

Next game: vs. Ole Miss, Saturday, 3:30 p.m. ET (CBS)

Andrews was held out of practice on Monday with a knee contusion, but he returned later in the week and is expected to play on Saturday. RG Chris Burnette will also play with a cast on his left hand, so the Bulldogs' OL might not be 100 percent, but everybody will be there.

QB Denard RobinsonMichigan (elbow)

Next game: at Minnesota, noon ET (Big Ten Network)

Robinson's elbow flared up in the second quarter of last weekend's loss to Nebraska, but coach Brady Hoke said Robinson should be good to go against the Gophers. When backup QB Russell Bellomy came in, Michigan's offense sputtered to a halt, gaining just 52 yards in the second half.

RB Mark Weisman, Iowa, (ankle)

Next game: at Indiana, Saturday, 3:30 p.m. ET (Big Ten Network)

Weisman is likely out for this weekend's game against the Hoosiers after being used sparingly last week vs. Northwestern. Backup Damon Bullock did rush for 107 yards in his first game back from a concussion.

Big 12 Injury Report

LB Jake KnottIowa State, (shoulder)

Next game: vs. No. 12 Oklahoma, Saturday, noon ET (ABC)

Knott, a senior, is likely done at Iowa State after aggravating a previous shoulder injury two weeks ago against Oklahoma State and then playing again in the win over Baylor this past Saturday. Even with the injury, Knott finished with 11 tackles and a forced fumble, earning Big 12 defensive player of the week honors. Knott had surgery on Monday and coach Paul Rhoads said there's an outside chance he could return for a potential bowl game. For more on the injury, check out our Eye on College Football blog.

Walker, a starter and one of the leaders on the Wildcats team, has 19 tackles on the year.

RB Shawne AlstonWest Virginia, (thigh)

Next game: vs. TCU, Saturday, 3 p.m. ET (FOX)

Alston has missed all five games since mid-September with what team officials are calling a deep thigh bruise. The Mountaineers have managed just 14 points in each of their past two games (both losses) and have averaged just 109 rushing yards per game. Alston tweeted that he would play, but his coach, Dana Holgorsen, said that wasn’t a given and it would depend on how he practiced.

QB Trevone Boykin, TCU, (undisclosed)

Next game: at West Virginia, Saturday, 3 p.m. ET (FOX)

Boykin limped off the field late in last Saturday’s loss to Oklahoma State but coach Gary Patterson said the redshirt freshman would start against the Mountaineers. DE Walter StewartCincinnati, (back)

RB Adonis Ameen-Moore, Syracuse, (lower body injury)

Next game: at Cincinnati, noon ET (Big East Network)

The Orange have two able-bodied backs in Prince-Tyson Gulley and Jerome Smith, but Moore is integral to Syracuse's tank offense, which is employed on the goal line. Moore isn't a definite scratch for Saturday at Cincinnati, but there are reports that indicate he will not play. He didn’t practice on Wednesday after missing last week's game against South Florida. The Orange will also likely be without defensive tackle Jay Bromley, who’s one of the best run-stoppers along the defensive line. He sustained a lower body injury in practice on Tuesday, and if he can’t go, it will snap a string of 20 consecutive starts for the junior.

DE Lorenzo MauldinLouisville, (knee)

Next game: vs. Temple, Saturday, noon ET (ABC)

Mauldin, who won Big East defensive player of the week honors two weeks ago, will be out after injuring his knee against Cincinnati last Saturday. LB Sio MooreConnecticut, (neck)

Next game: at South Florida, Saturday, 7 p.m. ET (ESPNU)

Moore, the Huskies’ fourth-leading tackler (53), left UConn's game against Syracuse two weeks ago with a neck injury, but coach Paul Pasqualoni expects the senior to play Saturday against South Florida. The Bulls average 181 rushing yards per game, the 43rd most in the country.

He has 475 rushing yards this season to go along with three rushing and three receiving touchdowns.

Renfree threw for a season-low 92 yards last weekend against the Seminoles. The Blue Devils will likely be without defensive end Kenny Anunike (five sacks this year), who’s dealing with an undisclosed lower body injury.

QB Caleb Rowe, Maryland, (knee)

Next game: vs. Georgia Tech, Saturday, 12:30 p.m. ET (ESPN3)

Rowe, a true freshman, is the fourth Terrapins QB out for the season after he tore his ACL in last Saturday’s loss to Boston College. It was Rowe’s first collegiate start. Coach Randy Edsall is now down to his fifth-string QB, who’s not a QB at all, but rather a converted linebacker. Shawn Petty, a true freshman, will start under center for Maryland.

WR Keenan Allen, California, (knee)

Next game: vs. Washington, Friday, 9 p.m. ET (ESPN2)

LB Kiko Alonso, Oregon, (wrist)

Fellow linebaker Dion Jordan, an all-Pac-12 selection last year, injured his shoulder in the first half last week against the Buffaloes but practiced this week and is expected to play as well. Together the duo has 75 tackles on the year.

OT Aundrey Walker, USC, (neck)

Next game: vs. No. 4 Oregon, Saturday, 7 p.m. ET (FOX)
