Cardinals' Dylan Carlson: Takes seat Wednesday

Carlson isn't starting Wednesday's game against the Dodgers, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Carlson will get a day off after he went 3-for-12 with two runs, a walk and four strikeouts across the last three games. Lars Nootbaar will start in right field and bat sixth.
