Indians' Bradley Zimmer: Banished to minors

Zimmer was sent down to Triple-A Columbus on Tuesday.

Zimmer will head to the minor leagues after hitting .226 with two home runs and nine RBI over 34 games with the big-league squad. Lonnie Chisenhall was activated from the disabled list in a corresponding move.
