Soto went 3-for-3 with two solo home runs and a walk in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Reds.
Soto homered off Luis Castillo in the sixth inning and again off Luis Cessa in the seventh. He reached base safely in all four plate appearances and he has four long balls in his last five games. The 22-year-old is batting an incredible .473 since Sept. 1 as he continues to bolster his MVP candidacy. On the season, he is slashing .325/.470/.559 with 29 home runs, 92 RBI, 106 runs and nine steals in 611 plate appearances.
