Marisnick is starting in right field and hitting seventh Sunday against the Cardinals, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Marisnick signed with the Pirates on Wednesday and made his debut as a pinch hitter on Saturday. However, he'll appear in the starting lineup for the first time Sunday, with Cole Tucker shifting to the bench.
