Gallo is not in the starting lineup Sunday against Oakland.
The slugger isn't reported to be dealing with an injury at this point, so this appears to just be an instance of the Rangers giving him extra rest entering the All-Star break. Gallo has been on a tear at the plate during the past 12 games, slugging 11 home runs while driving in 19 runs across 37 at-bats. David Dahl will start in right field Sunday.
