Meadows is not in Saturday's lineup against the Mets, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.
Meadows will draw a day off after starting six consecutive games. He recorded four extra-base hits in that span, but he also struck out at a 44 percent clip. He'll give way to Brett Phillips, who will patrol center field and bat eighth.
