Reds' Matt Davidson: Grand slam off bench

Davidson went 1-for-2 with a grand slam in Friday's 4-2 win over the Cardinals.

Davidson pinch hit for Josh VanMeter in the sixth inning, and he immediately blasted the third pitch he saw far over the left field wall. It's the third homer of the year for Davidson, who has added 10 RBI, three runs scored and a double in 23 plate appearances. He'll likely remain in a bench role.
