Colts head coach Frank Reich said he's optimistic Hilton (quadriceps) will be ready to play in Sunday's game against the Titans, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.

After missing the Colts' first five games of the season while recovering from neck surgery, Hilton made his season debut in the team's Week 6 win over the Texans, only to exit early after injuring his quad. Though Hilton was unable to practice at any point this past week, Reich said the wideout was close to playing in this past Sunday's 30-18 loss to the 49ers before being ruled out ahead of the contest. Assuming Hilton is able to get back on the practice field in at least a limited capacity this week, he should have good odds of suiting up Week 8.
