McKissic was limited at Wednesday's practice due to an ankle injury, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Washington's skill-position players are banged up at the moment, with two running backs and three wide receivers appearing on the Week 5 injury report, while tight end Logan Thomas (hamstring) landed on injured reserve Wednesday. McKissic himself may be healthier than starting back Antonio Gibson (shin), who didn't practice to kick off the week. Gibson did the same last Thursday before suiting up Week 4 in Atlanta, but McKissic still picked up a season-high 12 touches for 59 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown in that contest. Assuming both backs are able to suit up Sunday against the Saints, McKissic likely can expect a snap share that hovers around 40 percent, while Gibson gets upwards of 60 percent.
