Perkins (undisclosed) has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list and shifted back to the IR, Jim McBride of The Boston Globe reports.
Perkins was placed on the Pats' IR following an ankle injury that plagued him throughout the season and shifted to the COVID list just days later. A potential playoff return remains possible, but he will be sidelined for at least the next two weeks.
