Turner signed a one-year contract with the Saints on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Turner grew up in New Orleans and played at LSU before beginning his career in Carolina in 2014. The 30-year-old is a former Pro Bowler who spent last season with Washington starting 12 of the 16 games he appeared in. He should strengthen the depth of the Saints' offensive line in 2023.
