Dobbins ran the ball 10 times for 42 yards, hauling in three of five targets for 51 yards during Saturday's 17-3 divisional-round loss to the Bills. Dobbins came into the AFC playoff matchup having posted eight rushing scores over his past seven outings, but Buffalo held the rookie back without a TD despite him receiving three red-zone opportunities. As was a prevailing trend over the latter stages of the season with Mark Ingram a frequent healthy scratch, Baltimore deployed Gus Edwards and Dobbins in equal measure on the ground as each back garnered 10 rush attempts Saturday night. The rookie from Ohio State closed out the campaign with double-digit rush attempts over seven of his final eight games of the regular season, racking up an astronomical 6.0 yards per carry during that span. The 22-year-old will play a vital part of the Ravens' ground attack looking ahead to 2021 after totaling 805 yards and nine TDs on 134 carries in the regular season.
Dobbins rushed nine times for 43 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-13 wild-card win over the Titans. He also caught his only target for minus-6 yards. Dobbins was once again efficient on the ground despite not racking up the yards overall. His four-yard touchdown to start the third quarter gave the Ravens their first lead of the game, one they wouldn't relinquish. In finding the end zone, the rookie has now scored at least once in each of his last seven games, putting Dobbins in fantastic form ahead of the AFC divisional round.
Dobbins rushed the ball 13 times for 160 yards and two touchdowns in Week 17 against the Bengals. Dobbins had a relatively quite first half, logging eight rushes for 45 yards. However, he had a big role in closing out the Ravens' victory, racking up touchdowns of 72 and four yards. After failing to command double-digit rushing attempts in the team's first six games, Dobbins has exploded in his final nine contests by racking up 651 rushing yards and seven touchdowns on the ground. He'll enter the Ravens' playoff matchup as the team's lead back.
Dobbins rushed 11 times for 77 yards and a touchdown and failed to bring in his only target in the Ravens' 27-13 win over the Giants on Sunday. Dobbins was forced briefly from the game in the second half with a chest injury, and although he returned to the contest, he did not log any additional touches. The rookie put some good work in for the day, however, scoring his seventh touchdown of the season on a two-yard run in the first quarter and also boosting his overall numbers with a game-long 25-yard run. Dobbins will head into a Week 17 road battle versus the vulnerable Bengals defense with at least 70 rushing yards in three of his past five contests and a five-game rushing TD streak.
Dobbins who exited Sunday's game against the Giants with a chest injury, was able to return to the contest, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports. Now that he's back in the mix, Dobbins will resume sharing the Ravens' Week 16 running back duties with Gus Edwards.
