MO WILLIAMS SCORED 52 POINTS TO SET WOLVES' FRANCHISE RECORD AND SNAP THEIR 15-GAME LOSING STREAK: NBA 5-star reviewRemember Mo Williams? Made an All-Star Game. Used to be friends and teammates with LeBron James. Was traded to the Clippers for the pick that ended up being Kyrie Irving. Well, he's still in the league. A lot of you weren't aware, but he made sure you guys knew after tonight.

The Minnesota Timberwolves' point guard had himself a game. After scoring 15 points in the first half, he dropped 37 in the second half. Yes, 37 points. 37 NBA points. It happened. I know what you're thinking: How could the Indiana Pacers let him do such a thing? Well, to be fair, some of the shots looked like this:

I'm not sure there's much you can do in that situation. Couple of things are crazy about this Mo Williams scoring 52 points:

1) Mo Williams scored 52 points in a regulation NBA game in 2015.

2) It snapped the Wolves' 15-game losing streak.

3) It set the franchise record for points in a game, breaking the 51 points Corey Brewer scored last season and the 51 points Kevin Love scored a few years ago. Mo had no idea it was the franchise record:

Here's his shot chart from the night:

The NBA is weird and fun.

THE ATLANTA HAWKS WON THEIR NINTH IN A ROW WITHOUT THE HELP OF MO WILLIAMS: NBA 5-star reviewMo Williams had nothing to do with this but the Atlanta Hawks won their ninth straight game with a blowout victory over the Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers put up a big fight early in the game and only trailed by 12 at halftime after keeping it close for much of the first half. The third quarter proved to be the big difference-maker with the Hawks pushing the lead to 20 during the period.

Yes, this was against the Sixers but they were riding a two-game winning streak and the Hawks did this without Jeff Teague and Paul Millsap. Al Horford had no problem stepping up and recorded his first career triple-double. There has been a debate about Horford being a center or a power forward (he's a center, by the way), but maybe his most natural position is point guard? 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists for Horford and Shelvin Mack had 12 points and 10 assists off the bench. Kent Bazemore also had 17 points off the bench.

The Hawks were sloppy with 19 turnovers, but only allowed 12 points off of them. They assisted on 34 of 42 made buckets, which continues to be ridiculous. This is their second nine-game winning streak of the season.

JOHN WALL WAS GREAT AS THE WIZARDS BEAT THE SPURS: NBA 5-star reviewIt had been a while since the Washington Wizards had beaten the San Antonio Spurs. Back on November 12, 2005, Gilbert Arenas scored 43 points on 15-of-20 shooting to beat the Spurs 110-95. That was the last time the Wizards beat the Spurs until Tuesday night. John Wall's 25 points and eight assists helped Washington snap a 17-game losing streak to San Antonio.

The Wizards, once again, beat their opponent with really sound defense. The Spurs shot just 39.6 percent from the field and 31.0 percent from 3-point range. They barely turned the ball over with just one turnover (a shot clock violation) in the first half and nine overall in the game. They gave up just six points on those turnovers. But nobody could really get going for them.

Tony Parker had a team-high 14 points on just 7-of-18 shooting. Danny Green had 10 points on 4-of-16 shooting. Manu Ginobili scored eight points on eight shots. Washington just clamped down on them all night and kept weathering the runs the Spurs made.

K.J. MCDANIELS CAN JUMP FOR AS LONG AS HE NEEDS TO: NBA 5-star reviewThe Sixers' rookie K.J. McDaniels just hovers in the air until he's cleared to dunk the ball. Watch this a few times because you finally grasp just how absurd it is around the third showing.

BEBE AND BRUNO NEEDS TO BE A REALITY SHOW: NBA 4-star reviewLucas Nogueira and Bruno Cabocolo of the Toronto Raptors should have a show or a movie or a Truman Show type of set-up for recording their lives. I'm so glad they're teammates.

ANDREW WIGGINS HAS SOME PROFESSIONAL SCORING MOVES: NBA 4-star reviewAndrew Wiggins has been unreal his last 11 games. He had 20 points for the ninth time in 11 games, including this great spin move in the lane that left only himself to defend the shot.

No seriously. He is such a good defender, even as a rookie, that he put a hand in his own face on the shot after the spin.

TIM DUNCAN IS A PROFESSIONAL POINT GUARD: NBA 4-star reviewThere are lots of stories about Tim Duncan begging Gregg Popovich to let him be a point guard or run point guard in drills during practices. He showed off those point guard skills during the 101-93 loss to the Wizards with this look-away dime to Tiago Splitter.

JEFF GORDON RACED ON A BICYCLE: NBA 2-star reviewOf course he won.

LEBRON JAMES IS BACK: NBA 4-star reviewCleveland Cavaliers' star LeBron James had missed the previous eight games and the Cavs didn't do so hot during that stretch. They went just 1-7 over those eight games and need this guy back in the lineup to remain above .500. Plays like this dunk coming around the baseline are a good start.

The team's defense, however, is not very good and they're struggling with it in this game. The dunk was cool though.

OOOOOOHHHH... LEBRON JAMES IS BACK: NBA 1-star reviewOh this is definitely going to be a thing tomorrow...

WE WERE SLOW FOR CONTENT IN FIVE-STAR EARLY IN THE NIGHT SO I PREPARED TO PUT IN THAT I BOUGHT THE SCORPION KING 4 ON BLU RAY. WELL, HERE IT IS ANYWAY: NBA 5-star reviewYes, I bought this. No, I didn't know there was a second or third Scorpion King. Yes, that's Lou Ferrigno. No, I don't see anything wrong with me for purchasing this.

LEBRON JAMES FELL OVER LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO AVOID CARDALE JONES: NBA 1-star reviewWe have some mixed reviews with LeBron's return, after all.

STEPHEN CURRY PUTS ON A SHOW AS THE WARRIORS ROLL: NBA 4-star reviewYour Golden State Warriors are 30-5 after taking care of business on the road against the Utah Jazz. Once again, Stephen Curry was just too impossibly good for the rest of the world to deal with and it's been a theme for him and the Warriors this season. He scored 27 points and dished out 11 assists in the comfortable 116-105 victory.

There are times in which it looks like he's just trying stuff to see if it works, basically treating NBA games like a warm-up session during an offseason workout.

Outside of Curry, it was a pretty balanced attack. Six different players scored in double figures. Six different players had at least three assists for the Warriors. And Andre Iguodala even had a throwback moment with the crossover and dunk.

OH BY THE WAY, THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS ARE UNDER .500: NBA 2-star reviewLeBron James came back and it didn't matter. The Cavs still lost, moving to 1-8 in their last nine games. Kevin Love didn't play at all in the fourth quarter and neither did Timofey Mozgov. LeBron took over and J.R. Smith went nuts, erasing a 19-point second half lead behind a 15-point quarter from Smith.

This sequence at the end of the third quarter made it look like the Cavs had enough left in the tank to turn this around.

That didn't happen. Markieff Morris continued being the Phoenix Suns' best player and he scored a game-high 35 points. Eric Bledsoe struggled to score but played some phenomenal defense down the stretch. The Suns forced the Cavs to be sloppy with the ball and Phoenix took advantage. Goran Dragic seemed to be running all over the court without any resistance in the first half and he finished with 18 points.

The Cavs aren't totally doomed but at 19-20 and so many holes in their attack and defense, you can't just blindly feel good about them the rest of the season. They have the weapons and tools to pull themselves out of this, but they have to learn how to do it and actually do the necessary work. They can be fine the rest of the season, but it won't just be some magical switch they flip.

THINGS WEREN'T GOING WELL FOR THE LAKERS SO CHRIS BOSH HELPED THEM OUT: NBA 2-star reviewKobe Bryant made an 18-foot jumper with 4:22 left in the first quarter. That was the Los Angeles Lakers' first bucket of the game and it cut the Miami Heat's lead to 18-2. The Lakers were struggling so much to score that it kind of looks like Chris Bosh tipped in a bucket for the Lakers just to help out. The NBA Cares program has really expanded.

DEMARCUS COUSINS HAD ANOTHER MONSTER NIGHT BUT FOULED OUT: NBA 4-star reviewSacramento Kings' star DeMarcus Cousins had nine turnovers in Tuesday's game, which is less than ideal. But his 32 points, 16 rebounds, and nine assists seemed to make you forget he made any mistakes in that game. Battling Tyson Chandler and the Dallas Mavericks all night, he looked like he was trying to destroy a city.

However, in the Kings' attempt to upset the Mavericks, Cousins fouled out in regulation and it wasn't the best call.

Tyson Chandler will probably gladly take that flopping violation because it eventually led to the Mavericks winning the game. They outlasted the Kings in overtime with Monta Ellis finished with 28 points and 10 assists.

NICK YOUNG ALMOST SWAGGED THIS DUNK BUT INSTEAD IT SWAGGED OUT OF HIS CONTROL: NBA 2-star reviewThis looks like one of Billy Hoyle's dunk attempts in White Men Can't Jump.
