Keeping up with 16 games in a week is a lot for your average Fantasy player to handle, so here is one key number to know for every game in the NFL in Week 3.

Jacoby Brissett's average depth of target in Week 2
We have two third-string quarterbacks expected to make their first starts this week, with Brissett likely to start for the Patriots with Jimmy Garoppolo sidelined by a shoulder injury. This won't be Brissett's first NFL action, of course. He played 38 snaps last season in Garoppolo's stead, but the Patriots were up big in that game and able to limit his exposure. Brissett dropped back just 12 times, and didn't attempt a throw more than 10 yards past the line of scrimmage.

David Johnson missed tackles
Johnson's good plays have made him look like one of the best backs in football, and this number is a great example of that. He is a tough guy to bring down, and that makes him a magnet for big plays. On the other hand, coach Bruce Arians chewed out Johnson twice during Week 2, and it's worth wondering if those mental errors might not lead to a larger role for Chris Johnson this week.

Derek Carr's passer rating under pressure
Carr has been pressured on just 21 of his 88 dropbacks, a nice drop from his rate last season, when he also posted just a 75.7 pass rating in such plays. That's a good sign for a young quarterback, with the caveat that matchups against the Saints and Falcons to open the season gave him an incredibly low degree of difficulty. He has been sacked just once, compared to 31 a year ago.

Cody Kessler's passer rating in the preseason
It's terribly small sample size, just 36 dropbacks, but it's all we have to go on for Kessler against NFL competition. Kessler was the kind of the check-down guy in the preseason, averaging just 3.3 yards per attempt. That could be a good sign for Duke Johnson, who might end up Kessler's best friend for the next few weeks.

DeMarco Murray's receptions through two games
Murray has long been an underrated pass-catcher, having recorded 44 receptions or more in each of the last three seasons. But there was some concern about whether he would have that role in this Titans' offense because no running back had more than 31 receptions for the Titans last season. Just 14.5 percent of Marcus Mariota's targets went to running backs last season, a number that has jumped to 22.9 percent through two games.

Aaron Rodgers' Fantasy points per game since Week 7 last year
That isn't a terrible number, but over a full season, it would have put him at just 16th among quarterbacks in 2015. That's a quarterback you can use in the right matchups -- Ryan Tannehill averaged 20.5 Fantasy points -- but you drafted Rodgers so you didn't have to worry about matchups at quarterback. This is a real concern.

C.J. Anderson's missed tackles
And he has done this on just 47 touches to date. Compare that to 30 missed tackles all last season, on 169 touches, and it's clear how much better Anderson is playing so far. It's just two games, but Anderson has long shown flashes like this before, so this might just be the start of his first real breakout.

How many more snaps Matt Asiata played than Jerick McKinnon when both were healthy in 2014
You can fudge these numbers a bit by removing a game or two here and there -- McKinnon had a 46-snap edge from Week 5 through Week 10 -- but the overall picture still shows that McKinnon didn't really dominate playing time the last time Peterson was sidelined by injury. McKinnon is clearly the more exciting Fantasy option, but what isn't clear is how much playing time he is going to get moving forward.

Kirk Cousins' passer rating when not under pressure
The most concerning thing about Cousins' play so far has to be how much of his struggles have come about as a result of unforced errors. You can understand a player wilting under the pressure of a pass rush, but all three of Cousins' interceptions have come when he has not been pressured. For a player whose decision-making has been an issue in the past, this is alarming.

Todd Gurley's yards per carry over the last 10 games
Arbitrary endpoints alert! Is there any reason to believe something changed so dramatically between November 1, 2015 -- when he rushed for 133 yards on 20 carries against the 49ers -- and Nov. 8 -- when he 3.7 yards per carry in a loss to the Vikings? I'm not sure. What I do know is that, in a career that now spans just 15 games, Gurley's track record of elite production is relatively limited.

Russell Wilson's passer rating under pressure
Wilson hasn't been nearly as sharp so far this season, and an ankle injury suffered in the opener hasn't helped. Wilson's ability to extend plays has always been a huge part of his game, so it's fair to wonder if the ankle is directly impacting his ability to run the offense efficiently.

Percent of pass plays Quincy Enunwa has been in a route
Last season, that number was just 50.9 percent, so it's clear Enunwa has become a much bigger part of the Jets' offense this season. They didn't really have a reliable third option behind Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall, but Enunwa has emerged as that for Ryan Fitzpatrick. With Decker (shoulder) and Marshall (knee) banged up, Enunwa could have an even larger role this week.

Targets for Melvin Gordon through two games
Gordon was actually a decent pass-catcher as a rookie, hauling in 33 of 37 passes thrown his way, but the Chargers may not trust him in that role just yet. Danny Woodhead's injury did not significantly increase Gordon's role in the passing game in Week 2, and with the Chargers signing Dexter McCluster this week, they may not see Gordon as an every-down option.

Drops on Carson Wentz passes
Wentz has been impressive for a rookie, but "impressive for a rookie" doesn't really get you any Fantasy points. He only had one drop in Week 2, but it was a big one, as Jordan Matthews failed to haul in a touchdown pass late in the first half. It has especially been an issue for Jordan Matthews, who has emerged as Wentz' favorite target, but also leads the NFL with three drops. As good as Wentz has been, he won't be able to survive against this Steelers' defense without help from his receivers.

Dak Prescott's passer rating under pressure
Given his relative lack of experience, it shouldn't come as a huge shock that Prescott has struggled a bit in this regard, though he was significantly better in Week 2. That could just be random, but the Cowboys were also able to limit his pass attempts and put Prescott in much more advantageous situations. If they can can continue that, Dak and Dez Bryant should continue to have success.

Percentage of Coby Fleener targets graded as "catchable" by ProFootballFocus.com
There is a stark difference in results between how Drew Brees has performed when throwing to Fleener compared to how he has done when throwing to everyone else. Brees has averaged 10.7 yards per attempt, with a 73.7 completion percentage and five touchdowns on 65 pass attempts when throwing to anyone not named "Coby Fleener" this season. He has completed just 25 percent of his passes to Fleener, for 2.9 yards per attempt and no scores, but this isn't all on Fleener. Brees has struggled to get the ball to him, as judged by his catchable ball rate. These two need to get on the same page.
