Angels' Albert Pujols: Goes yard Thursday

Pujols went 1-for-3 with a walk and his 22nd home run of the season in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Astros.

While this was the veteran slugger's first homer of the month, he has maintained his hot-hitting ways since returning from a minor knee injury Sept. 8. Pujols is batting .419 (18-for-43) with 13 RBI through 11 September starts, numbers that should help fantasy owners in almost any format down the stretch.
