Sadler (forearm) is expected to appear in a spring game within the next week, Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
The 26-year-old began throwing simulated games a week ago, so it seems that those sessions have been going as planned. Sadler underwent Tommy John surgery at the conclusion of the 2015 campaign, but his elbow seems to be holding up as he nears the end of his rehab process.
